Website and Promotional Methods

Prohibited Web Site Domain Keywords: Affiliates are not allowed to use the Juicy Contracts, brand name, or any misspelling or variation thereof, in the domain URL.

Prohibited Web Site Content: Affiliates may not make any false claims or misrepresent the Juicy Contracts, service or brand. This includes misrepresenting Juicy Contracts, as a company offering coupons or promo codes, or as otherwise stated under the “Relationship of the Parties” section below.

Unacceptable Web Sites: No pornographic, defaming, discriminatory websites or websites with content deemed inappropriate.

Use of Logos and Trademarks in Web Sites: Affiliates must only use branded ad copy, content, and media provided through the Juicy Contracts, Share-A-Sale Affiliate Program. Any ad copy, content, or media not provided through the Juicy Contracts, Share-A-Sale Affiliate Program must be approved by Juicy Contracts prior to use.

Email: Allowed – Affiliates must be CAN-SPAM compliant.

Software: Not allowed.

Sub-Affiliates: Allowed.

Social Media: Allowed – Affiliates’ content and social media profiles must adhere to the same policies pertaining to websites (see above). Affiliates must not create a profile representing the Juicy Contracts, brand or likeness.

PPC campaigns

Protected SEM Bidding Keywords: No bidding on branded keyword phrases, the Juicy Contracts, company name, or any misspelling or variation thereof.(i.e., juicycontracts.com).

Negative Matching for Protected Keywords: Required.

Prohibited SEM Display URL Content: No use of the juicycontracts.com company name, or any misspelling or variation thereof.

Prohibited SEM Ad Copy Content: No use of the Juicy Contracts, company name, or any misspelling or variation thereof.(i.e., juicycontracts.com).

Direct linking (Use of Display URL): No.

Termination

Juicy Contracts shall have the right to terminate any agreement with immediate effect by written notice to the Affiliate at any time. Upon termination for any reason, the Affiliate shall immediately remove any links from its website, programs, and all licenses granted hereunder shall terminate.

Relationship of the Parties

Juicy Contracts and Affiliates shall remain, at all times, under a relationship of independent contractors, and nothing in any agreement between the parties shall be construed as creating any agency, employment, fiduciary, representative, or any other relationship between said parties for any purpose. Neither party has any right, power, or authority to act or create an obligation, express or implied, on behalf of the other party.

Affiliates shall not represent their businesses to be employees, representatives, or agents of Juicy Contracts. Any business conducted by Affiliates, including, but not limited to, employing or contracting persons, withholding taxes, and providing benefits shall be their sole responsibility. Juicy Contracts, shall maintain no control or involvement in any Affiliates’ business activities, their content, whether presented online or otherwise, or the manner in which the Affiliates promote Juicy Contracts, as an affiliated partner.

Copyright Complaints

If you suspect a violation of your intellectual property rights, kindly send a email to the support@juicycontracts.com. We reserve the right to remove or disable content that, in our judgment, breaches these Terms or is claimed to be infringing. Accounts of repeat infringers may be terminated when deemed appropriate.

To file a written claim regarding copyright infringement, please ensure that your submission includes the following details:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the individual authorized to represent the copyright owner.
  2. Description of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed.
  3. Identification of the location on our site where the purportedly infringing material can be found.
  4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement affirming that you genuinely believe the contested use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement asserting that the information provided in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are either the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
